Leadera does not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, leads, sales, ad performance, or business outcomes unless explicitly stated in a signed written agreement.
AI tools and automation systems are used to support business workflows, communication, content generation, lead management, and reporting. AI-generated content, summaries, replies, or recommendations should be reviewed by the client where appropriate.
Leadera is not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI-generated outputs without human review.

Leadera is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account suspensions, approval delays, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.
Clients may need to provide access to websites, ad accounts, Google Business Profiles, CRM platforms, domain settings, hosting, analytics, or other tools. Clients are responsible for maintaining ownership of their accounts unless otherwise agreed.
Leadera may showcase completed work, general project descriptions, screenshots, results, or case studies for marketing purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing or a separate agreement restricts it.
Both parties should protect confidential business information shared during consultations, proposals, projects, or service delivery. Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of any content, files, logos, photos, claims, testimonials, or business information they submit to Leadera. By submitting content, users grant Leadera a license to use it for the purpose of delivering services.
